1. [ FINAL SALE POLICY ]
ALL SALES MADE THROUGH KIRO KIRO ARE FINAL. BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH US, THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO THIS POLICY AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT NO EXCHANGES, RETURNS, OR REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

2. [ CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR SIZE SELECTION ]
IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CAREFULLY REVIEW THE SIZE GUIDE AND SELECT THE APPROPRIATE SIZE BEFORE COMPLETING A PURCHASE. KIRO KIRO WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INCORRECT SIZE CHOICES MADE BY THE CUSTOMER. IF AN INCORRECT SIZE IS ORDERED, NO EXCHANGES, RETURNS, OR REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.

3. [ SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ]
ONCE A PURCHASE HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND A TRACKING NUMBER HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO THE CUSTOMER, KIRO KIRO'S LIABILITY ENDS. ANY ISSUES THAT ARISE AFTER THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN HANDED OVER TO THE COURIER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST, STOLEN, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED PARCELS, MUST BE ADDRESSED DIRECTLY WITH THE COURIER SERVICE. KIRO KIRO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR REFUNDING PAYMENT OR THE RESOLUTION OF SUCH ISSUES.

4. [ MANUFACTURER DEFECTS ]
IN THE RARE EVENT THAT A GARMENT IS DEFECTIVE DUE TO A MANUFACTURING ERROR, CUSTOMERS MUST NOTIFY KIRO KIRO WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM BY SENDING AN EMAIL TO [ KIROKIRO.STORE@GMAIL.COM ] THE EMAIL SHOULD INCLUDE A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DEFECT AND ANY RELEVANT PHOTOGRAPHS. AFTER AN ASSESSMENT OF THE DEFECT, KIRO KIRO MAY, AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION, OFFER A REPLACEMENT OR A REFUND.

5. [ INCORRECT ORDERS OR ERRORS ]
IF KIRO KIRO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR AN ERROR IN THE ORDER, SUCH AS SENDING THE WRONG ITEM OR INCORRECT SIZING (WHEN DIFFERENT FROM THE ORDERED SIZE), WE WILL TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR RESOLVING THE ISSUE. CUSTOMERS MUST CONTACT US PROMPTLY TO RECTIFY THE ERROR.

6. [ SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY ]
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING AN ACCURATE SHIPPING ADDRESS WHEN PLACING AN ORDER. KIRO KIRO IS NOT LIABLE FOR ORDERS SHIPPED TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER. NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS WILL BE OFFERED IN THESE CASES.

7. [ FINALITY OF SALES ]
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, AND NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNLESS THERE IS A FAULT ATTRIBUTABLE TO KIRO KIRO. BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH KIRO KIRO, CUSTOMERS EXPRESSLY AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

FOR ANY INQUIRIES OR CONCERNS REGARDING AN ORDER, CUSTOMERS SHOULD CONTACT KIRO KIRO VIA EMAIL AT [ KIROKIRO.STORE@GMAIL.COM ] WE AIM TO RESPOND TO ALL INQUIRIES IN A TIMELY MANNER.

9. [ AGREEMENT TO TERMS ]
BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH KIRO KIRO, THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO ALL OF THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

THIS DOCUMENT CONSTITUTES THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND KIRO KIRO CONCERNING THE PURCHASE OF GOODS FROM OUR STORE. NO OTHER TERMS OR CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY UNLESS EXPRESSLY AGREED UPON IN WRITING BY BOTH PARTIES.
